Richard Sampson
Richard is a husband and father of two and has been a successful business owner for more than 40 years. He has spent many years building strong relationships and serving his clients. He is a locally known and well respected professional in our community who has been serving Seniors and assisting with Medicaid qualification since 2019.
Leah has been a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist since 2021 with a local law firm and joined Richard Sampson Insurance in 2025. She is a mother of two and the wife of an Air Force veteran so she has a deep understanding of service and sacrifice. Leah has a heart for serving others and is passionate for helping seniors in crisis.

Brandi Frasure
Brandi is an eastern Kentucky native who spent several years of her insurance career working with small business owners and assisting them and their employees with supplemental benefits before working in the Medicare space prior to her move to the Northwest in 2021. She joined Richard Sampson Insurance in 2022 and has been helping serve our clients by assisting with all their Medicare needs.
