This is a full time/ permanent position rather than seasonal or temporary work.

-Applicants must be health/life licensed in WA state and be able to make occasional commute to Olympia, WA.
-Our ideal candidate is someone who has two or more years of Medicare EXPERIENCE and desires upward mobility to help LEAD a team in the future.
-Proven TRACK RECORD OF SALES and INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE is a must!

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers
- Educate clients and/or accurately process enrollments
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools
