Richard Sampson
Richard is a husband & father of two. He has been a successful business owner for over 30 years. Richard has spent many years building strong relationships and serving his clients and community. He is a locally known and well respected professional in our area who has been serving Seniors and assisting with Medicaid qualification since 2019.
Leah Fisher
Leah has been a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist since 2021 with a local law firm and joined Richard Sampson Insurance in 2025. She is a mother of two and the wife of an Air Force veteran so she has a deep understanding of service and sacrifice.
