He is a locally known and well respected professional in our community who has been serving Seniors and assisting with Medicaid qualification since 2019.
Leah Fisher
Leah has been a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist since 2021 with a local law firm and joined Richard Sampson Insurance in 2025. She is a mother of two and the wife of an Airforce veteran so she has a deep understanding of service and sacrifice. Leah has a heart for serving others and is passionate for helping seniors in crisis.

Brandi Frasure
Brandi is an eastern Kentucky native who spent several years of her insurance career working with small business owners and assisting them and their employees in supplemental benefit options. She also spent time consulting employers on viable solutions to the issues of employee retention and increased profitability before working in the Medicare space.
"In my opinion there are two things that mess everybody up. Those things are insurance and finance. I've always stressed the importance of education so being able to help somebody's grandma is absolutely huge. Your grandparents taught you how to use a spoon so the least we can do is make sure all of our grandparents can pay their bills and understand Medicare."
Brandi is a huge nerd and enjoys reading, game nights, cats, debates, long car rides, random sermons on youtube and all things Bible. In her free time you will find her either hanging out with friends or searching for new friends to hang out with.
